What is a free assessment?
The free laser eye surgery assessment we offer is an individual eye consultation held at our Sydney CBD practice. This is a great opportunity to get your eyes assessed for laser treatment. You will get to know if you’re eligible for eye surgery and what type of procedure is best for you. You’ll also have the opportunity to ask any questions about what’s involved in the surgery and the likely costs.
What happens at the free assessment appointment?
At your appointment, we will run a series of eye tests to determine your suitability for laser eye surgery. This includes testing your vision, the thickness of your cornea and identifying any pre-existing eye conditions.
We are able to assess the results immediately so that we can walk you through the surgery options you have, the likely costs and most importantly make you feel comfortable to allow you ask all the questions you need to.
Do I need to prepare or bring anything to the appointment?

Generally you are eligible if you are either short sighted, long-sighted or have astigmatism, and are between the age of 20 and 50.
